Workshop Repair
Our primary concern is pump repair and maintenance, here at PumpCare we believe that with the correct investigation and analysis, pump repair can be highly effective and economical. Pumps are at the heart of every plantroom and as such it is vitally important to maintain them. We carry out repair and maintenance to all makes and types of pumps, be it as part of scheduled maintenance programmes or reactive work.
Our repair service includes collection or removal of the unit from your site by our own dedicated service engineers department. We will then Dismantle and clean the pump, investigate the failure and advise the next course of action. We will then report all our findings into a quotation detailing all the costs and if deemed that the unit is uneconomical to repair we will quote a direct alternative or replacement unit.
On authorising the pump repair the pump will be reassembled using OEM manufacturer parts, electrically tested, painted as per original, hydrostatically tested and delivered back to your site.
